Warranty & Returns
General Return Policy
We accept returns on select items within 7 days of pick up. All returned items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom orders or custom-finished products
- Products that are a ‘special order’
- Products that have been installed or altered
- Clearance or sale items
Damage During Transit
Please inspect all products immediately upon pick up. If damage is discovered, it must be noted on pick up and reported to Portland Tiles & Bathware within 48 hours. Please retain all original packaging materials for inspection by Porland Tiles & Bathware.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team at admin@ptandb.com.au with your order name. If approved, we will provide a refund once goods are returned to Portland Tiles & Bathware. Returns received outside of our specified timeframe of 48hrs will be declined.
Warranty claims:
At Portland Tiles & Bathware, we source products from a wide range of trusted suppliers, each with their own manufacture warranties and claim processes. As such, warranty coverage, terms, durations may vary depending on the specific product purchased.
We are committed to supporting our customers throughout the process and will assist in facilitating any warranty claims where required. To ensure a smooth and efficient claim, we recommend retaining your proof of purchase and reporting any issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that warranties generally cover manufacturing faults and do not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. For any warranty enquiries or to lodge a claim, please contract our team and we will guide you through the next steps.
